Policy:
We only work with suppliers who comply fully with relevant
national laws, therefore we accept for the proven acts and
omissions of our employees, sub-contractors and local agents.
We accept responsibility if it is proven that advertised facilities
or services received are deficient or below acceptable local
standards.
We cannot be held liable or accept responiblity for death,
injury or illness caused to golf package participants.
In the event that you suffer an accident, illness or injury
outside any activity arranged by Golf Europe Ltd we will,
where appropriate or applicable, offer our help, guidance
or any assistance that we view to be appropriate.
Unused
Tour Services
Any tour services within our/your package which are not used,
are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for unused:
accommodation and associated sundries, rounds of golf or car
hire arrangements.
Travel
Insurance
Golf Europe Ltd strongly recommend that any traveller should
arrange independent travel insurance.
Complaints
Any complaints by you, the consumer, about any of our packages
should be made in writing at the earliest available opportunity

Complaints must be made within 14 days
of return from the package. It is the consumer's responsibility
to ensure that any grievance is promptly notified to Golf
Europe Ltd.
Value
Added Tax (United Kingdom Government)
The current rate of 17.5% is included in all of our tours,
but is subject to change, if necessitated by Government Ruling
without prior notice.
